Breathwork.
The breath is one of the most direct ways into what the body is carrying. Old grief, old joy, what was never fully felt, what is still asking for room — much of it lives below the level of words, and breath can reach it where conversation cannot.
I work in two styles, and together we will assess which fits the session.
PranaSanna
A method developed by Susanne Beatrice, and one I am certified and experienced in. PranaSanna works with structured breath patterns to reach specific layers of the body and psyche. It is precise, embodied, and can go deep without overwhelming — there is real craft in how it is held.
Continuous connected breathing
The more open form most people know as "breathwork" — a continuous, conscious rhythm without pause between inhale and exhale. It builds energy in the body and lets what's there come up at its own pace. Powerful, more freeform, often surprising.
In a session, what matters most is not the technique but where you are that day. We start there, and the breath finds its form.
