What is offered here is not a menu of techniques. It is one path, with several doorways. Whether you come for coaching, a private session, a workshop, for the thinking around designer relationships, or for a Human Design reading — underneath, the same movement runs through all of them: the way from shadow to wholeness, through consent.
What you specifically need will become clear along the way. Sometimes that's breathwork, sometimes body de-armouring, sometimes a conversation that goes deep. Sometimes a session in which you are held until you stop running from what is there. Sometimes a Human Design reading that shows you how your system works.
Most of the time, a combination of things.
The techniques are instruments. What we do is walk a path.
