Coaching here is walking together. A steady place beside you while you look at your own life, with someone who keeps the room safe enough to be honest in, and who is willing to ask the harder question when it's time.
It's both a safety net and an invitation — to take a small leap of faith, to try something on, to step into a part of yourself that has been waiting.
The questions we work with
Where in your life is there room for surrender? Where could you let go a little — of control, of the need to manage, of the grip that's been keeping you upright for years?
And where in your life is there room for dominance? Where could you step in, take the lead, claim what is yours to claim?
In daily life, in your relationships, in your work — and yes, in a scene if you choose. How do you take the lead as a dominant? How do you give yourself over as a submissive? And what holds you back?
Looking at the puzzle
Coaching is looking, together, at how the puzzle of your life is currently arranged. Which pieces are sitting well. Which pieces are in the wrong place, holding back what wants to move. And then — gently, with care — finding out how they might be put down differently.
Sessions are one-to-one, online or in person. We choose together which works for what we're doing. A coaching trajectory can include bodywork and/or human design work, whatever is needed.
Working with patterns
Alongside one-on-one coaching, there is a specific form of work that uses the pattern language developed here as its primary lens. Pattern Coaching looks at the recurring dynamics in your life — the things you keep choosing, the needs you cannot name, the desires that have not yet found their form — and gives them structure, language, and direction. Not a diagnosis. A map.
And if you carry something you sense is a pattern — something from your own experience that wants to be named and placed in a larger language — The Pattern Well is where that work happens.
